• iTrack Software: This application saves companies time and money while keeping their customers ISO compatible. Itrack software is an operator-friendly system that tracks and generates part barcodes individually or in batches. It automatically generates a serial number, working shift, date & time codes that can be read by the shippers and/or end receivers of the parts. This system also tracks the history of barcodes generated in the form of reports, which can be saved or printed. By utilizing the system, the companies can reap the following rewards:

- Accurate part labeling: with an on-demand system, a limited run of labels can be printed to reflect the date/time/shift/part number for that specific part decreasing chances of mislabeling the wrong part.

- Fewer labels are being wasted since they do not have be printed in large batches manually and then put on the parts. Since they are date driven – any unused labels would typically be thrown out creating obvious environmental and cost concerns.

- Our labels are supported by oscillating scanners which can read dual barcode lines but can also be read easily by code-39 standard off-shelf barcode scanners. The simplicity of this solution makes it so that it can be interchangeable between any group of suppliers & customers whether at industrial level or retail.

Optional Add-ons: 2 additional add-ons include:

- Touch screen for barcode generation: this is especially useful out on the production lines where non-sealed button interfaces require constant cleaning vs. sealed touch-screen. Touch-screen also has the advantage of being able to show additional instructions, choices and information as necessary.

- On-Demand Barcode Print Controller: this is a heavy-duty durable solution that features our proprietary hardware selector for part numbers. Our hardware includes a button to generate a single barcode label and a colour light to indicate a warning in case an issue with the printing occurs. This allows line operators to be trained very quickly on the system and it is a durable controller that can take the necessary use and abuse that can happen in daily operations.

• Quality Database: A system for tracking first-off non-conformance issues. The idea for a first off is similar to prototyping a new or redesigned part and testing it for defects. This system helps to track this information inside a multiple user database that allows multiple quality department employees to simultaneously view & enter data for first-off run parts. By linking the logic and first-off validation for each single part to maximum of 2 quality testing labs, the system can ensure that in order for first-off numbers to be generated the part must pass the specific testing in both labs. The big advantage of our system is its concurrent ability to allow multiple users to work on resolving the issues and follow-up with first-offs. With extensive automated reporting, it also becomes an extensive time and cost saving device.

• Scrap Database: A system for collecting and reporting statistical information on quantity and costs for scrapped and rejected parts at a company. Scrap Database has a proven track record of having saved money at companies. Scrap and rejected parts tend to be often overlooked as sources of potential revenue for the company and so keeping track of these figures helps companies identify not only what parts didn’t make it and costs associated with them, but it also gives companies a view into their quality assessment to help them track quality issues. This is a system that is best used by multiple departments such as Quality and Accounting. Its main focus is to assist quality tracking by counting costs & quality by breakdown of defects.
