We’ve had the privilege to work with many industry leaders. Highlighted below are just a few examples of our work relating to communication and promotional systems:
• DNC Software: Based around the “Do not call” legislation our software has a proven track record within a major financial investment company in Canada and it has been used to keep internal & national numbers lists that are easily updateable and help the company track of numbers they have tried & which numbers they cannot call. The saving aspect from using the software is enormous and software pays for itself within a month when we consider the penalty fees imposed by the government in case of Do-not-call violations. The software features an ability to allow only certain users to access the national list as per legal requirements by the government that non-employees of the company, which purchased the subscription to national DNC list, such as agents, must purchase their own list. This system is able to cope with this regulation by assigning 3 levels of access for the system:
- Administrator who can do everything including assigning new user account names & permissions. The administrator can also add and remove phone numbers from the internal do-not-call list (national list cannot be modified, once auto-updated every 2 weeks, for obvious reasons).
- Employee that is able to look up phone numbers on both internal & national do-not-call lists. Employee can use a link to suggest that a phone should be added to the internal list, however, they cannot make this change themselves – it is administrator approved once the head office agrees and change is system-wide. Field agent that can only look up the numbers on the internal list (as per Canadian Government requirements that they cannot view national list numbers without purchasing the list or those phone number look ups first).
• E-blast: a system that can be used to deliver personalized online newsletters to mass distribution groups. Thousands of email addresses, individual names, date/time, organization’s name and other flexible fields can be added to the system. Once set, the administrator clicks one button and the system personalizes all the emails individually for marketing campaigns and sends them in one simple batch saving time and money for the marketer. It can be used for massive email campaigns featuring multiple user accounts, and includes the ability to generate emails with images encoded (to be displayed in emails which restrict image loading).
• Promotional Survey System: This online system has 2 areas: front survey area – that can easily be integrated into an existing website to run a promotion, and one administrative back-end that allows administrators to configure the survey questions, optional responses as well user and system settings. The basic idea for the system is to allow an easy and accurate way to collect survey information online. The system has features such as extensive reporting, ability to aggregate and run unlimited surveys on the same domain and captcha validation tools to reduce the likelihood of automated spam survey entry.
